Rights Governance Programme

QADER’s Rights Governance Programmme’s primary objective is concerned with influencing public policies and legislation related to the rights and services of persons with disabilities based on  international standards and conventions, especially the International Convention for Persons with Disabilities, to which the State of Palestine has joined. Accordingly, through this program, QADER seeks to enhance the commitment of official Palestinian institutions towards the rights and services of persons with disabilities and to raise the level of practices following the rights-based approach.
