Feedback and Complaint Form

This form is designated to submit complaints or feedback to QADER for Community Development, which will be processed internally according to the QADER FCRM system.

You have the right not to disclose your personal information, although QADER assures that such information will be maintained privately. However, providing your personal information will enable us to communicate with you and follow up your complaint or feedback and acquire further information to help us handle and resolve your complaint or feedback.
