As part of the "Improving Livelihoods of Persons with Disabilities" project, implemented by QADER for Community Development in partnership with the Italian organization AISPO and funded by the Italian Cooperation, the organization has graduated a group of persons with disabilities aged between 18 and 45 from a vocational training course in mosaic art.

The graduation ceremony was held at QADER's headquarters in Bethlehem, where Mrs. Lana Bandak, the General Director of QADER, expressed her gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of the course, particularly AISPO, the Italian Cooperation, and the Jericho Mosaic Center. She emphasized that this training marks the first step toward integrating participants into the workforce.

Mr. Osama Hamdan, Director of the Jericho Mosaic Center, praised QADER for its role in creating job opportunities for persons with disabilities and encouraged the participants to continue their journey, emphasizing that this training is only an initial phase that should be followed by further development.

The trainer, Mr. Emad Dudin, also commended QADER for providing the proper environment and conditions for the training's success and extended his congratulations to the participants.

The ceremony featured a presentation on the key stages of the two-month training, which included 300 hours of instruction, led by Mr. Mohammed Khalil, the project coordinator. Participant Hamza Mousa delivered a speech on behalf of the trainees, thanking the organizers and supporting institutions.

At the conclusion of the event, attendees and the families of the graduates toured an exhibition showcasing the stunning mosaic artwork created by the participants during the training.
