Economic Empowerment Programme

Through our extensive experience in the field of economic empowerment and the livelihood enhancement, QADER seeks to enhance the opportunities for persons with disabilities to participate in the labor market in line with their rights, and based on local laws and international human rights standards, thus ensuring their independence, participation and contribution to the national economy. QADER adopts an inclusive, multi-track approach that allows persons with disabilities to join into the labor market through paid employment, self-employment and online freelancing. To achieve this, QADER provides specialized skills development trainings and business development services with the possibility of providing and facilitating access to financial support.

QADER organizes all its interventions within the economic empowerment program through the Entrepreneurship and Skills Development Hub (Q-HUB), which is considered the first specilized HUB in Palestine for persons with disabilities, taking into consideration all the necessary accessibility to enable effective participation of persons with disabilities.
