Community Mobilization Programme

The Community Mobilization programme is the main driver of the QADER's interventions which aims to increase awareness of the rights and issues of persons with disabilities, enhance community participation, advocacy and accountability, within the context of enhancing the roles and responsibilities of institutions and relevant authorities towards the rights and needs of persons with disabilities. These objectives are achieved through activating youth, community frameworks and persons with disabilities themselves to claim their rights and hold the concerned authorities and stakeholders accountable.
