Services Development Programme

QADER seeks to develop the social services that respond to the needs of persons with disabilities, especially children. It also works to introduce, develop, pilot and adapt work methodologies that are suitable to the Palestinian context. Given the roles of various governmental, non-governmental, and private institutions and agencies, this program works to keep them in line with the national policies and strategies that guarantee inclusive services for persons with disabilities that enhance independence and effective inclusion in social life. To achieve this, QADER works to develop the technical capabilities of service providers to enable them to provide high-quality services through training, technical supervision, development of tools and standard operating procedures within an inclusive approach that is based on the principles of collaboration and partnership.
